K law assists Vaessen Industries in the sale of Vasco Group to Arbonia
K law has assisted Vaessen Industries in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the sale of Vasco Group to Arbonia. The Vasco Group, a Belgian company owned by the Vaessen family, is the market leader in Benelux for radiators. With four plants across Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland and a staff of over 600 people, their annual turnover is around EUR 90 million.
