K law assisted Guberna as legal experts
Isabelle Blomme and Christophe Piette assisted Guberna (Institute of Directors) as legal experts during a seminar on June 14, 2016 regarding the manual for directors. Using concrete cases, the ‘best practices’ for directors were discussed and illustrated. The event - hosted in the offices of KPMG/K law - was very well attended with more than 50 directors.
